EICR Certificates

All landlords are obliged to provide tenants with safe and well- maintained electrical appliances. This needs to be proven legally
with an Electrical Installation Certificate every 5 years or with every
change of tenancy.

Our engineers are NICEIC Safety Registered and are up to date with the latest safety regulations. They are able to conduct safety inspections to ensure that electrical installations are working within acceptable parameters at the time of inspection and can then issue the required safety inspection certificates.
